Love Poem

So, you want to write a love poem? Well I think that is just a great idea! In fact, I think it is absolutely a spectacular idea! I think it is such a brilliant idea, in fact, that I am going to offer you a little bit of advice on the subject. For example, when composing your love poem, try to stay true to the heart and avoid using cliches that are more tired than the Machinist! You want to come across as sincere, genuine, thoughtful, kind-hearted, as as good as possible in every other way! Your love poem should reflect who you are, as well as what you truly do feel about the other person. Let them know what kind of amazing catch you really are, and that to miss out on you would be to miss out on something truly great and special. Let them know that you are the real deal, and that everything you are saying is coming directly from one place - your heart.

This isn't any badly written pop song.

No, this is something far, far greater. This is a love poem that you are using to express yourself, and that is a truly special thing. Do you doubt that? I doubt that you do. There can be no doubting the immense power of love. None at all. Not one teeny bit. No, sir.

Are you excited?

Are you excited and thrilled at the prospect of penning your very first love poem? Are you salivating at the possibility that you just might succeed in winning the affections of the intended recipient? Can you take any more anticipation? No, no you can't! The time has come for you to spring forward into action. The time has come for you to say how you really, really feel! It's a great, great, wonderful idea.
